Konect is close to three retail and service hubs:

With the redevelopment of the area around Porte Pouchet, new links will be formed on either side of the Boulevard Périphérique.

Housing, retail, hotels, offices and the 42 Ecole IT college will breathe new life into the district, supported by the construction of an arterial road linking Paris 17 to Saint-Ouen business district.
